Wellness Through Yoga

Yoga is a vast subject, ancient in origin but with huge relevance to modern western living. It can be a fitness regime, to build strength and flexibility in the body but equally can be gentle, restorative and relaxing. It is an exercise form like no other, holistically balancing mind, body and breath, to encourage optimum health and wellness.

Our practitioners are experienced in teaching a wide range of people of all ages and abilities, in both 1:1 and group settings, via regular classes, 8 week bespoke programmes and during workshops and retreats.

Group Yoga Sessions

We offer several regular sessions where you can practice within a group setting. Our practitioners are very experienced and welcome newcomers.

Monday Yoga with Jilly on Zoom:
11.00am - 12.00 noon
2.00pm - 3.00pm
7.30pm - 8.30pm

Yoga and Chat with Judy on Zoom
Wednesdays 7.30pm - 8.30pm

"Chair and Chat" a chair-based exercise class with Jilly, allowing time to chat with a cuppa afterwards: Thursdays 3.30pm - 4.45pm

Cost for all sessions: £10 drop in or £6.50 per session if you pay for a block of sessions (one calendar month).

1:1 Yoga Sessions

In a 1:1 session, we are able to work with an individual in a very special way. We can offer bespoke use of yoga techniques, including working with the breath, to get the most out of your yoga practice to work towards your own goals.

Cost: £45 per session.

Mindful Movement

These sessions are extremely gentle and allow for slow, considered movements, linking body, mind and breath, through a variety of approaches. They are offered in a group setting and also 1:1.

Weekly group sessions
Thursday 6.00pm - 7.00pm.
Cost: Group Session £6.50 per session if you pay monthly or £10 drop in.

1:1 bespoke £45 per session.

Functional Movement and Wellness

Functional movement is a mindful and physical approach to living, it is developing a movement programme with you to use in your everyday life and environment. You may want to maintain physical movement or develop a new way of functioning. You may need specific programmes for home, work and play or a mix. A programme is eight sessions.

These are 1:1 sessions or small group, 4-6 people with similar conditions.
NB these can only run if there are sufficient participants.

Cost: 1:1 bespoke £45 per session.
Small group £15 per person per session.
