Mindfulness-Based Stress
Reduction Course

The eight week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programme is a recognised, structured approach to discovering and developing Mindfulness Practice and takes place in a small group setting.

This educational course will give you tools to help manage stress, anxiety and pain. It can be therapeutic but is not therapy or counselling.

8 Week MBSR Course
Cost: £200 (includes free half day retreat)

Meditation and On-going
Mindfulness Support

If you have already completed an 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course with us or another recognised provider, why not support your practice going forward by joining our regular On-going Mindfulness sessions. These are two hour sessions of Mindfulness practice and small group discussion.

Cost: £15 per session. Block booking concessions available.

One to one sessions are also available for you to explore how Mindfulness can support your specific needs. Sessions are one hour.

Cost: £45 per session. Block booking concessions available.

Mindful Movement

Mindful Movement is a way of noticing the body through gentle movement.

For many people this is an accessible way to practice being Mindful. Whilst focussing on the movement, the mind is occupied and directed away from unhelpful thoughts.

Sessions are currently offered in a group setting and also one to one.

6.00pm - 7.00pm
Cost: £6.50 per session if you pay monthly or £10 drop in.

Bespoke 1:1 sessions
Cost: £45 per session. Block booking concessions available.
