Sleep is a necessary part of our health and wellbeing but can be illusive. The middle of the night is often a time of wakefulness and worrying thoughts. We can wake in the morning feeling anything but rested, restored and raring to step into the day ahead!

Whether you have difficulty falling or staying asleep, we'd like to help.

Sleep Well Sessions

We offer regular evening sessions to prepare you for a restful night. These include movement and relaxation and take place online, so that you can leave straight to the comfort of your own bed.

Weekly sessions:
Thursdays 8.00pm - 9.00pm
Cost: £6.50 per session if you pay for a block of sessions (one calendar month) or £10 drop in.

Note: All payments must be made in full before sessions commence. Sessions are one hour.

Courses and Workshops

We also run “Exploring Sleep” courses and workshops where we unpick some of the mysteries of sleep and include theory and practices drawn from a variety of approaches, to help you build your own sleep toolkit. NB Advice is educational in nature and not a replacement for medical or mental health treatment.

6 Week Exploring Sleep Course
Cost: £150 (includes free access to the weekly Sleep Well Sessions for the duration of the course.)
